• A special card, which entitles its holder to check out 20 works for 30 days, renewable two times;
• Access to researchers’ room (see: (see : The dynamic Map of the Rooms); located on the first floor, this room seats 16 and has lockers with keys so that users may leave their belongings. There are also electrical outlets and Internet for connecting portable computers;
• Access to a cubicles (with electrical plugs and Internet for individual or group work) is located to close to room 4;
• Access to the seminary room for student workshops; this room, complete with computers, is particularly useful for searching the BNU computerized documentation resources. For reservations, call: 03 88 25 28 19

•   Re-registration of the teachers-researchers and the researchers:
    The teachers-researchers and the researchers whose subscription expires can benefit from a re-registration by appointment:
        - On Mondays from 2 pm till 6:45 pm - From Tuesday till Friday from 10 am till 6:45 pm
        - on Saturdays from 10 am till 4:45 pm.
