Incomplete Italian manuscript, ff. 6-21v copied c. 1600 by the same hand as NL-DHgm 28.B.39 (Siena manuscript), f. 39 by a second hand c. 1620, and music for guitar added on ff. 72-72v by a third hand, c. 1640. Bought by Arnold Dolmetsch from the marquis Torrigiani de Florence in 1897 and now in the private library of François and Jeanne Dolmetsch in Haslemere, Surrey, UK. Press mark of the Medici coat of arms on f. [6]. Notation italian. Lute with 6 or 7 courses (G c f a d’ g’), 5-course guitar.
